I definitely don't agree with the NYPD and Boomberg because Street Art is the liberty of
expressing yourself and Banksy is the perfect example. She should be glad because it's not
everyday that an Incredible artist paints something on your wall. It's fantastic!

Thanks for this. It's nice to see someone actually deliberating about the difficulties
this presents for conscientious building owners, especially since, as the author points out.
It really is a beautiful piece.
