Le chirurgien à été suspendu à la suite d'une grave erreur médical.Le 9 octobre 2013 a l’hôpital de Nantes. Le Chirurgien devait enlever un rein malade d'un patient mais pendant l'opération, le chirurgien se trompe de côté il enlève le mauvais rein. Quand le Médecin a eu connaissance de l'erreur, il était trop tard pour réimplanter le rein ce qui est grave il a était suspendu immédiatement de toute activité . La victime, un homme de 58 ans, victime de l'erreur a poursuivie en justice et c'est vu proposer d'une indemnisation, les médecins vont tenter de sauver son rein malade.
