Pour exprimer la quantité, j'utilise :
dans les phrases affirmatives:
+ nom indénombrable / dénombrable pluriel.
Ex.: There is
ham. There are
oranges.
ou no.
⚫ dans les phrases négatives: not
Ex.: There is not
There are not
cheese / there is no cheese.
⚫ dans les phrases interrogatives:
Ex.: Is there
tomatoes / there are no tomatoes.
ou
milk? Ex.: Do you want
(si l'on est certain d'une réponse positive).
