(Niveau Seconde) Résoudre les équations suivantes :

(E1) : (x + 4²) = (2x - 1)²

(E2) : 2x(x-4) = (x + 1)(x - 4)

(E3) : (2x - 3)(x + 2) = -6

(E4) : x² - 1 = x + 1

(x + 16) = (2x - 1)(2x - 1)
(x + 16) = 4x² - 2x - 2x + 1
x + 16 = 4x² - 4x + 1 
-4x² + 5x = -15
-4x² + 5x + 15 = 0
DELTA= b² - 4ac = 5² - 4 * (-4) * 15 = 25 + 240 = 265
(-b - √DELTA )/ (2a) = (-5 - √265) / (2 * (-4) ) = (-5 - 16) / (-8) = -21 / -8 = 2.265
(-b + √DELTA )/ (2a) = (-5 + √265) / (2 * (-4) ) = (-5 + 16) / (-8) = 11/ -8 = -1.375
S= {-1.375;2.265}

(E2) : 2x(x-4) = (x + 1)(x - 4)
2x² - 8x = x² -4x + x - 4
x² - 8x = -3x - 4
x² - 5x + 4 = 0
DELTA= b² - 4ac = (-5)² - 4 * 1 * 4 = 25 - 16
(-b - √DELTA )/ (2a) = (5 - √16) / (2*1) = (5-4) / 2 = 1/2
(-b + √DELTA )/ (2a) = (5 + √16) / (2*1) = (5+4) / 2 = 9/2
